Do you or someone you know suffer from back pain? Ironically, the more we are sedentary as a
culture, the more incidences of back pain continue to skyrocket (8). However, there is a new back
pain tip on the horizon that happens to be not new at all – it was well known to the
Romans and had been recently rediscovered.
Archeologist Nathan Frederick, who specializes in Western European antiquities recently
rediscovered this ancient method. Frederick, who suffered from chronic back pain himself had
